    THANK YOU.. I eat 6 small meals a day.. the more you eat, the more fat your body burns.. but YOU CANNOT lose weight with just a diet.. U HAVE to get OFF THE COUCH and get your heart rate going… STEAMED CHICKEN, VEGGIES and YOGURT… AND LOTS OF FRUIT.. I have had 4 children and maintain my weight by diet AND exercise.. Cant have one without the other…

    End of the day it’s about attitude and discipline. If you can stick to your gym and not go over the top on eating you’ll be fine. For some people they don’t need discipline because the genetics or lifeling habits are good. For the others it requires more work, but work and discipline nonetheless.

    You will be dead, a celery stick has (might as well) no calories but you can eat veggies as a “filler” so you can eat other food like beans or chicken, etc. Educate yourself & stop being stupid, a celery is not like a piece of bread.

    But what if you are really fat? Shouldn’t you do a lot of cardio AND cut back on your food intake? You make it seem like losing weight is impossible.

    Yeah furthermore cassandrine most people who want to lose weight don’t really want to weigh less they want to LOOK better. I’m sure that if you eat nothing but a celery stick every day for the rest of your life you will lose a shit load of weight, but you’ll also lose all your muscle, and then you will (whether you’re male or female) look like shit
